How to share and access forms with Klotion

Share your forms with other users in your Notion workspace.

Publishing a Form (Pro)

Open the Klotion extension

Navigate to the form you want to share

Click the settings icon on the form

Toggle Publish in Workspace on

The form will now be available to all workspace members

Accessing Shared Forms

Open the Klotion extension

Look for forms marked with a shared icon

Click on the form to use it just like your own forms

Important Notes

Publishing forms requires a Pro subscription

Anyone in your Notion workspace can access published forms

Only the form creator can edit or unpublish the form

Free plan users can receive and use shared forms, but cannot publish their own
