How to Export My Data?

Export your Klotion forms and settings for backup or migration.

Exporting Your Data

Open the Klotion extension

Go to Settings

Click Export Data

Choose the data you want to export (forms, settings, or all)

Download the exported file

What Gets Exported

All your form configurations

Database mappings

Auto-extraction rules

Extension settings

Importing Data

You can also import previously exported data:

Go to Settings

Click Import Data

Select your exported file

Review and confirm the import

Notes

Export/import is available on both Free and Pro plans

Your saved pages in Notion are not affected by export/import

This is useful when migrating to a new browser or device
