How to save emails on Gmail

Save important emails from Gmail directly to your Notion workspace.

Saving an Email

  • Open the email you want to save in Gmail
  • Click the Klotion icon in your browser toolbar
  • The extension will automatically extract the email content
  • Review the extracted data (subject, sender, date, body)
  • Select your target database and fill in any additional properties
  • Click Klotion
